Revenge of the IT
My goodness. I'm actually blogging again. Footloose rehearsals and putting our souvenir program together have completely eaten up my time. Mustn't let this happen again. Why, my hundreds of thousands of readers will be in an uproar! I have a duty to them after all. Hardiharhar.

Since I'd been gone. . .

*Rehearsals have been in full throttle. We're semi-running, with some stops and starts, but the thing is finally running. Lots of cleaning up and polishing to do, though. Costumes and hairstyles aren't all done yet. Gotta work on that churchyard scene, where most of the adult characters are introduced. It's not quite there yet.

*The souvenir program is off to the printers! Hooray! Many thanks to Peachy Marasigan, who patiently applied every single revision I texted or emailed to her and whose large eye bags are a testament to her dedication, talent and amazing ability to stay up for days without sleep; to Michelle Sheba Tolentino, for her faith in our abilities and for her full support; to Fides Fernandez, whose assistance was invaluable and whose understanding and patience helped to keep the peace when my temper was flaring; to Dang Manlapaz, whose fortitude and good breeding shone through while under fire from those not quite as well-bred; to Allan Marasigan, for the regular follow-ups and for staying up late checking and counter checking lists and other details; and to the cast, creative team, production and PR people for responding immediately to my urgent requests for write-ups, lists, names, write-ups, write-ups. . .oh, and did i mention write-ups?

Anyway, now that I have some time to myself again, I'm itching to tag a few people. My hundreds of thousands of readers, you know.

So here goes.

1. WHAT COLOR ARE YOUR KITCHEN PLATES?
You mean the one kitchen plate i own? Blue.

2. WHAT ARE YOU READING?
I always read three or four things at a time. At the moment, it's a couple of wedding magazines, Metro Weddings and Wedding Essentials; Notes On Broadway by Al Kasha and Joel Hirschorn; and a book Peachy gave me recently called You Can Be The Wife Of A Happy Husband (By Discovering the Key to Marital Success) by Darien B. Cooper. That last one is a pretty obvious hint if I ever saw one. Ok, I got it, Peach. Hehe.

3. WHAT IS ON YOUR MOUSE PAD?
You really wanna know? Okeeeyyy, if you insist. It says: "Genius. Smarter Input for Smarter Output". Pretty exciting stuff.

4. FAVORITE BOARD GAME?
Cranium!!!

5. WHAT’S YOUR LEAST FAVORITE SMELL?
Stale anything.

6. THE FIRST THING YOU THINK OF WHEN YOU WAKE UP IN THE MORNING?
How dry my mouth is. Hey, you asked.

7. FAVORITE COLOR?
Turquoise or aqua blue.

8. LEAST FAVORITE COLOR(S)?
None really. All colors are amazing.

9. HOW MANY RINGS UNTIL YOU ANSWER THE PHONE?
I don't know. My fone plays "Toxic".

10. FUTURE CHILD'S NAME?
RAIN !!! After her dad, of course. With a slight variation on the spelling.

11. CHOCOLATE OR VANILLA?
If its on some kind of dessert, then both.

12. DO YOU LIKE TO DRIVE FAST?
Not at all. All I think of when I see someone driving annoyingly fast is that they probably need to pee real soon.

14. THUNDERSTORMS - COOL OR SCARY?
Could be cool, if I'm cozily nestled under a soft blanket and surrounded by pillows in the comfort of my room. Scary if I'm on the road.

15. WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST CAR?
My brother's hand me down -- a brick red Mitsubishi Colt.

16. WHAT IS YOUR SIGN?
Scorpio. Explains everything, right?

17. DO YOU EAT THE STEMS OF BROCCOLI?
Oh yes.

18. IF YOU COULD HAVE ANY JOB WHAT WOULD IT BE?
Travel writer. And someone that gets assigned to sample a spa's services for free so she can write about them.

19. IF YOU COULD HAVE ANY COLOR HAIR, WHAT WOULD IT BE?
Burgundy, or copper.

20. DO YOU SLEEP WITH A STUFFED ANIMAL?
Used to, until the thing began to have fleas. Haha. . .that is just so dumb!

21. HALF FULL OR HALF EMPTY?
Half full. . .always.

22. FAVORITE MOVIE?
LOTR The Return of the King; Star Wars episodes IV, V, VI; Aliens; Forrest Gump; The Age of Innocence; A Room With A View; Singing In The Rain; The Sound of Music; Chicago; Batman Begins; Steel Magnolias; Adaptation; The Shawshank Redemption; The Hours; A Streetcar Named Desire; Finding Nemo; Monsters Inc; The Last Unicorn; Flight of Dragons; A Chorus Line, etc. etc. etc.

23. DO YOU TYPE WITH YOUR FINGERS ON THE RIGHT KEYS?
Yes, most of the time. Pay-off from years of freezing my fingers off in our extremely airconditioned typing room in school.

24. WHAT'S UNDER YOUR BED?
A mat. And the floor. And maybe a few ants, depending on what I had for a midnight snack.

25. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE NUMBER?
8, which is the day in November on which I was born.

26. FAVORITE SPORT TO WATCH?
Cricket. . . . .NOT! Figure skating, and American-style cheerleading.

27. YOUR SINGLE BIGGEST FEAR?
Cockroaches!!!

28. PERSON MOST LIKELY TO RESPOND.
Peachy, Me-an, Fides.

29. PERSON YOU SENT THIS TO WHO IS LEAST LIKELY TO RESPOND?
Rony? Andrei? But they might once they get the time.

30. KETCHUP OR MUSTARD?
Ketchup! Unless its Dijon or Grey Poupon, then I'll go for mustard.

31. HAMBURGER OR HOTDOG?
Taters hotdog meals.

32. THE BEST PLACE(S)YOU HAVE EVER BEEN?
The landing strip of any airport.

33. WHAT SCREEN SAVER IS ON YOUR COMPUTER RIGHT NOW?
None at the moment.

34. FAVORITE FAST FOOD?
Kentucky Fried Chicken.

35. WHAT IS YOUR BIRTH NAME?
Just Jennifer, I think. I was the 6th and last child. I think their wellspring of inspiration kinda dried out.

Ok Peachy, Me-an, Fides, Rony and Andrei. It's your turn.
